Account Information

If you have already created an account on any Xap-powered site, you do not need to register on Student Aid on the Web. You may use your existing Xap username and password to logon to the Student Aid on the Web.

Please enter your name as it appears on your social security card. If you do not have a social security card, please enter your name as it appears on your birth certificate (i.e. your proper name).

You will need these every time you wish to access or modify any of your information. Please choose something you can easily remember. Your username and password can be 5 to 12 letters long and cannot contain any spaces. Enter the same password in both Password boxes to make sure you typed it correctly.

You are encouraged not to use your real name. This “Username” should be unique, something that you will easily remember, but be something difficult for anyone else to guess.
